Will reputation managment systems work?

What's the value of reputation management systems like Rapleaf when everybody has a 100% positive score....?

They don’t work. In fact all of the Rapleaf reputations are 100% positive. What a wonderful trustworthy world we live in. What’s ecven more interesting is how easy it was for Auren to raise money for this ill-fated venture. How could anybody expect a profit from this? This is an example of a Bubble 2.0 company."
